Return and Exchange Policy
1.You have 15 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange or credit (from receipt date) to decide if you like the item you purchased You can return the unused portion if you are not completely satisfied with our product.
2.Shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
3.No returns can be accepted without a
Return Authorization Number . To receive your RA number, please contact a customer service representative at 786-564-8804 or select the contact us link to send us an e-mail.
4.Any items that have been used over 50%, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
5.For exchanges, we will issue you a credit for the price of the item (excluding shipping charges).
Returning Your Order
When returning your order, please follow these Shipping Instructions to avoid having your package returned to you.
1.Call our customer service department at 786-564-8804 to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the label that we included in your shipment.
If you do not have the label, please write the RA# on the outside of the box next to the shipping address.
2.Please make sure the package you are returning is postmarked within 15 days (for returns) or 30 days (for exchanges) from the date you received your order.
3.Please be sure to ship packages by Registered U.S. Postal Service . Request a return receipt from the post office so your order can be tracked. |
